For our new project, we are seeking an experienced Senior Game Designer that will be responsible for design and balance game systems to provide players the best possible user experience.
As a seasoned Game Designer, you understand design principles, players behavior, their expectations and needs. You are proficient to propose, design and balance game features. Your ultimate goal will be to help develop and balance the game to bring players enjoyable, challenging and also rewarding game experience.
MISSION
- Designing and helping to develop core game mechanics and key game features
- Balancing, tuning and improving game features to bring the best possible enjoyment to our players
- Analyzing the behavior of players and game features, proposals and implementation of improvements that will drive player engagement
- Bringing creative vision and inspirative ideas
- Working in Unreal engine and in close cooperation with the whole development team
YOUR PROFILE
- You're expert in game design principles
- Well experienced with design of core game mechanics and game balance for PC/console game
- You've got great analytical skills to extract and analyze data and propose applicable improvements
- You have experience with online multiplayer FPS shooters
- You're proactive and oriented to get things done
- Good team player with ability to work with a range of people on a project
- Big passion for games
- Experience with online multiplayer FPS shooters
