Customer Care Representative is the more personal face of our company, responding to players' feedback, praise, frustration or requests. Do you have the empathy to understand player issues, resistance to be able to face their frustration calmly, humbleness to accept their praise and good judgement to recognize meaningful feedback ?   • Maintain a healthy game community

  • Respond to player emails, social site messages and social site posts
  • Gather player feedback from social site posts
  • Report & gather game bugs from social site posts
  • Game testing of new features


  • You are able, and LOVE to communicate with people on a daily basis (retail/support...)
  • Excellent communication skills, patience and empathy is a must
  • Good English level (spoken and written)
  • Passionate about (mobile) gaming
  • Experience with gaming communities/social networks is an advantage
  • Easy-going, team-focused, emphatic, resistant
