Marketing Graphic Designer

Our Brno Marketing Team is looking for a new reinforcement in form of Marketing Video Artist! The team consists of 5 passionate, and creative individuals who enjoy games, culture, and great humour. We’re looking for someone who will fit in, and bring their lovely personality, and a wind of fresh air. You’ll be able to work on already established projects (such as Vigor) and shape the future with us as we dive into a new unannounced game as well.

This job is perfect for someone who has a deep passion for games, and who has graphic production skills with a pinch of video interest. If you know some basics of Unreal or Unity you will have a big advantage, but we’ll teach you a lot here, don’t worry. You'll help us create and produce Vigor's visual assets and have a responsibility for preparing them to support our marketing activities. We mostly work with Adobe CC (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop & Lightroom), but feel free to apply even if you have a different software preference.   • Preparing a wide variety of assets (graphic + video) to support marketing activities and communication
  • Cooperation with the other departments on assets production (development, QA, platform support, multimedia, sound)
  • Shape Vigor's visual identity and ensure brand consistency
  • Bringing new ideas on how to visually communicate marketing messages and campaigns


  • Creative experience with graphic creation (atmosphere, overall message, brand consistency, etc.)
  • Technical experience with graphic creation (composition, light, copy placement, etc.)
  • Ability to learn Unreal Engine for the art assets production
  • You should present your art portfolio showcasing a variety of your work (e.g., adverts, graphics, infographics, web design, video, etc.)
  • Familiar with industry-standard apps for visual artists (Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Premiere/DaVinci Resolve, After Effects)
  • Have an excellent command of typography
  • Have a great understanding of the basic principles of branding
  • Be creative while maintaining a focus on the marketing purpose
  • Be able to communicate in English on a daily basis (both written/spoken)
  • Passion for video games and video gaming culture
  • Proactive, independent, understanding, and self-motivated personality
  • Ability to interact with different types of people
  • Flexible in time. You should feel comfortable in the dynamic video gaming industry
  • You should be ok with working under the pressure of deadlines from time to time


  • A degree in a related field, or previous relevant work experience
  • Background in Marketing or PR
  • Experience with engines (such as Unreal or Unity)
  • Experience in the Game Industry
  • Video experience/basic understanding of video production
