We are looking for an experienced Backend Programmer to reinforce our online service team for our Brno office. You will cooperate directly with the Lead Programmer and other programmers to implement, expand, and maintain online services for our unannounced project. This entails solving technical challenges, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of enthusiastic game developers, and contributing to enhancing the experience of our players.

Responsibilities
- Write back-end services for our unannounced project
- Participate in the live operations of Vigor project
- Write the client-side code to interact with our online services and those of consoles (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Network, etc.)
- Improve the quality of the team’s code through writing unit tests and automation
Requirements
- Strong abilities to design and implement robust performance and scalable back-end services
- Strong programming skills
- Ability to work with third-party APIs
- Self-driven and willing to improve the product we're making
- Good communicator, even with non-technical people (game designers, artists, etc.)
- Ability to collaborate in a friendly way
Nice to have
- Knowledge of C# and ASP.NET
- Knowledge of Node.js
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL or related database
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
- Knowledge of C++ and/or Enfusion, Unreal Engine, Unity or any in-house engine
- Knowledge of the console (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch) or PC (Steam, Microsoft Store, Epic Game Store) ecosystems
